| Summary | The collaborative initiative proposed for UNIC seed funding is aimed towards Gaining insights into needs for mastering internationalization (GAIN4MI) through short mobility programs, of partners involved and beyond. Partners within this Initiative have valuable experience in organizing and performing Blended Intensive Programs and wish to enhance and share it further. For that reason, they have planned to organize a BIP4BIPs, aimed towards university staff as learners, in order to reach out, share experiences and good practices, as well as challenges and motivate other higher education institutions to create and perform such international programs. The GAIN4MI initiative will be divided into 4 stages: (1) Setting the scene (March 2023 till May 2023) in order to plan all activities and resources and develop the research workshop proposal; (2) Developing the workshop (June 2023 till August 2023) including the workshop program with all topics to be covered, workshop presentations, templates to work on and questions to be discussed; (3) Performing the workshop and analyzing of the results (September 2023 till November 2023) within the aimed international conference and (4) Deriving conclusions and lessons learned (December 2023 till February 2024) in a form of a research paper. Partners within the GAIN4MI initiative will share and enhance insights gained on implemented BIPs so far through the implementation of the 4 stages described, and steer future collaboration efforts towards new successful initiatives and projects, BIP4BIPs being one of them. |
