| Summary | The InterACT Green project focuses on the regeneration and revitalisation of the Drava Forest Park in Varaždin and on developing an innovative approach to urban green infrastructure management. The project combines the restoration of the forest ecosystem and the park’s physical infrastructure with the development of a digital, interactive and multidimensional Green Infrastructure Platform (The PLATFORM). The PLATFORM will integrate management and user needs in one place, enabling data management and analysis, environmental monitoring, GIS and interactive maps, stakeholder communication and collaboration, infrastructure management and maintenance, visitor information, and educational resources. Participatory processes and the involvement of citizens and other stakeholders in shaping the future development of the park are also an important part of the project. The aim is to create a high-quality, inclusive and safe public space and to test whether the developed digital solution can improve the management of urban green infrastructure and subsequently be applied to other green areas. |
