| Summary | The project "Software Engineering in the Era of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Other Disruptive Technologies" is focused on scientific research into the impact of contemporary technological paradigms—primarily artificial intelligence (AI), quantum computing, and other disruptive technologies—on the methods, practices, and principles of software engineering and software development. Through the analysis of existing models, identification of changes in engineering processes, and experimental application of selected technologies, the project aims to explore how traditional approaches are evolving in the context of a new technological reality. The goal of the project is to define new methodological guidelines, prototype tools, and investigate the possibilities for adapting software engineering processes and activities—both scientifically and practically—to an environment characterized by a high level of technological complexity and uncertainty. The abbreviated project title "SQUAD" highlights key aspects of the project, such as Software engineering, QUantum, AI, and Disruption, while also underscoring the idea that only teams organized in squads can succeed in the challenges ahead. |
