| Summary | The project proposes a multidimensional exploration of opportunities for creating added value in digital transformation initiatives, and it is linked to the work of the Business Process Management and Digital Transformation Laboratory research group. Opportunities for creating added value in digital transformation projects will be observed through different perspectives, which form the core of the project team's current and future research efforts, namely a) the customer/value proposition perspective; b) the sustainability/green/digital perspective; c) the competencies/skills perspective; d) the technology/information systems perspective that enable digital transformation; e) the products/services perspective; f) the processes/infrastructure perspective in digital transformation; g) the business models/design thinking perspective; h) the disruption/digital innovations perspective. The above perspectives and their research will enable the development of new ideas and views on digital transformation, business processes and other areas of interest that the laboratory members are involved in, and will enable the continuation of research, improvement of international cooperation and scientific contribution in the strategic area of SUZG FOI - Organizational and Business Process Management. |
